Fourth Phase Realty is a licensed real estate brokerage operating in the State of Texas (Texas Real Estate Broker License #816125-B), with additional licensure in California and Arizona. Real estate brokerage services are provided only pursuant to a separate written agreement and in compliance with applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
